He will have to find somewhere a full system can be built, the rocket will destroy itself and they are lucky it didn’t blow up from the debris that knocked out those first three engines and likely the rest that were failing. It is totally nonsensical not to have full suppression not only Flame and noise but also of all that dust the water would have kept down. I’m sorry but this was one really dumb move for one really smart guy and there’s no way he can be a allowed to launch again from that spot with that rocket.
